This three-part virtual series is designed to support a smoother and more successful sponsorship journey. Through practical discussions, case scenarios, and interactive activities, we will explore key stages of sponsorship from preparing for arrival to supporting independence and planning for Month 13.
During the third and final session, attendees will discuss how to manage communication challenges, changing expectations, conflict resolution, secondary migration, sponsorship breakdown, when to involve the SAH, and preparing for Month 13 and life beyond sponsorship.
