Please note that the refugee profiles visible below do not reflect cases that have since been placed on hold or that have a confirmed match.

Please note that you cannot refer a family member or friend who is a refugee into the BVOR program. The BVOR program is only for refugees that have been referred for resettlement to Canada by UNHCR. If you have a family member or friend who is a refugee that you would like to sponsor to Canada, you can do so via the Private Sponsorship of Refugees (PSR) program.

Nous demandons aux répondants de s’inscrire ou de se connecter à la base de données de jumelage pour obtenir les informations de profil de RDBV les plus détaillées et les plus actuelles.
Veuillez noter que vous ne pouvez pas parrainer un membre de votre famille ou un ami réfugié dans le cadre du programme mixte des réfugiés désignés par un bureau des visas (RDBV). Le programme RDBV s’adresse uniquement aux réfugiés dont le HCR a recommandé la réinstallation au Canada. Si vous avez un membre de votre famille ou un ami qui est un réfugié et que vous souhaitez parrainer au Canada, vous pouvez le faire dans le cadre du programme de parrainage privé de réfugiés (PPPR) .

PROFILE 24-0125: A family of 6 from South Sudan.
This family consists of a mother (49) and her five children (7, 10, 14, 16 and 19). They all speak Dinka; the mother also speaks Arabic Sudanese and the four oldest kids also speak English.
PROFILE 24-0126: A family of 5 from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
The 35-year-old mother in this family speaks Swahili and Congo and has experience as a sales worker. The children (7, 14, 16 and 18) also speak Swahili and Congo.
PROFILE 24-0127: A family of 6 from Afghanistan.
This family must be resettled in Ottawa to be reunited with other family members. The father (30) and mother (32) speak English and Dari. Their four children, ranging in age from 1 to 8, speak Dari.
PROFILE 24-0128: A mother and child from Haiti.
This family consists of a 38-year-old mother and her 10-year-old daughter. The mother has experience working as a cleaner. They both speak Creole, Haiti and Spanish.
PROFILE 24-0129: A family of 5 from Burma (Myanmar).
This father (35), mother (32) and their 3 kids (1, 7 and 9) have friends in Waterloo, Ontario, and must be resettled there. The father has experience as a field crop and vegetable grower and as a construction labourer. The father speaks Rohingya and Malay; the rest of the family speaks Rohingya.
PROFILE 24-0130: A family of 5 from Burma (Myanmar).
This family consists of a father (35), mother (35) and their 3 kids (5, 11 and 14). The father has experience as an inland and coastal waters fishery worker and as a building construction labourer. They speak Malay and Rohingya; the father also speaks Burmese.
PROFILE 24-0131: A family of 5 from Burma (Myanmar).
This family must be resettled in Winnipeg, MB, to be reunited with family. The 34-year-old father has experience as a building construction labourer and speaks Burmese, Malay and Rohingya. The 32-year-old mother speaks Arakanese, Burmese, Malay and Rohingya. The 3 children, ranging in age from 4 to 11, speak Rohingya.
PROFILE 24-0132: A single man from Afghanistan.
This individual is 27 years old and speaks English and Dari. He has experience working as a street vendor.
PROFILE 24-0133: A single man from Afghanistan.
This individual is 40 years old and speaks English and Dari. He has experience working as a mixed crop and livestock farm labourer.
PROFILE 24-0134: A single man from Sudan.
This individual is 35 years old and speaks English and Arabic. He has experience working as an officer, data collector and hairdresser.
