Please note that you cannot refer a family member or friend who is a refugee into the BVOR program. The BVOR program is only for refugees that have been referred for resettlement to Canada by UNHCR. If you have a family member or friend who is a refugee that you would like to sponsor to Canada, you can do so via the Private Sponsorship of Refugees (PSR) program.

Le Programme mixte des RDBV s’adresse uniquement aux réfugiés dont le HCR a recommandé la réinstallation au Canada. Si vous avez un membre de votre famille ou un ami qui est un réfugié et que vous souhaitez parrainer pour qu’il ou elle se réinstalle au Canada, vous pouvez le faire dans le cadre du Programme de parrainage privé de réfugiés (PPPR)
