The Blended Visa Office-Referred (BVOR) program is a partnership between the Canadian government and regular community members in Canada (Canadian Citizens and Permanent Residents).

BVOR Sponsors provide financial support (with some assistance from the government), emotional, social and other key settlement supports that help refugees get a good footing in Canada and to break the isolation of being resettled to a new country alone.
