During this online training session with regional RSTP trainers from Ontario, we will take a deep dive into one of the most critical and often challenging eligibility requirements for refugee sponsorship: demonstrating that the applicant has “no durable solution” in their country of asylum.
You will learn about:
• The legal foundation of durable solutions,
• What the three durable solutions are,
• The law versus reality,
You will walk away from this training session with a better understanding of ‘Durable Solutions’ and you’ll have a practical toolkit to help you navigate them.
