As you may be aware, the new Resettlement Assistance Program (RAP) rates came into effect on January 26, 2026, with increased support levels. RSTP Trainers in Alberta invite all Alberta SAHs, their CGs and Co-Sponsors to join us for one of two upcoming information sessions to learn more about these changes.
The sessions will cover:
An overview of the new RAP rates
How to calculate the new Housing Supplement maximum
New features added to the Minimum Financial Support Calculator
Case examples and a step-by-step walkthrough of the RAP Rate Calculator to determine actual updated costs
