An Introduction to the Private Sponsorship of Refugees (PSR) Program (In-Person Workshop in St. John’s NL)

This workshop is intended for anyone in the St. John’s area (and beyond) who is interested in becoming a sponsor under the PSR program. New and potential sponsors are welcome to join us, as well as former PSR sponsors who may need a program refresher to become active again.

Join the RSTP’s local trainer, Tim Burnham, to learn how to sponsor refugees through the Private Sponsorship of Refugees (PSR) program.

During this session you will get an overview of:

• The Private Sponsorship of Refugees program’s  eligibility criteria (who can sponsor and who can be sponsored),
• the roles and responsibilities of sponsors in the PSR program,
• and the application process.

Please note, this workshop starts at 6 pm NDT (UTC-2:30) and will run for 1.5 hours.
