DESCRIPTION:This hands-on webinar by the Refugee Sponsorship Training Program (RSTP) is for new and experienced sponsors who want to learn about the Private Sponsorship of Refugees (PSR) program. Join us to find out what ‘Month 13’ is in the context of a PSR sponsorship. \nWe will go over the following information:\n*learn about Month 13 and when sponsors should start preparing for the transition to Month 13 of the sponsorship \n*learn about resources that are available to assist sponsors and sponsored newcomers during this transition \n*learn about the considerations that sponsors and sponsored newcomers should make when beginning to prepare for the transition \n*find out about the services that are available to sponsored newcomers during Month 13 \n*learn how to evaluate the sponsorship period. \n  \nRegister Here \nPlease note: this webinar starts at 5 pm Eastern Time and is one hour long. \n  \nAbout the Monthly Private Sponsorship of Refugees (PSR) webinar series: \nThe monthly webinars are a 5-part PSR program webinar series where attendees will learn how to become a PSR refugee sponsor by going through the entire application and sponsorship process from start to finish. The webinars in this series can be taken as a whole set or individually as a refresher for a specific topic for previous or existing sponsors.

DESCRIPTION:À propos du cours: \nCe cours d’introduction en ligne aide les participants à comprendre le contexte mondial dans lequel s’inscrit le Programme de parrainage privé de réfugiés du Canada. Il présente les connaissances et les outils essentiels aux parrainage de réfugiés. Il aborde de façon détaillée les renseignements suivants : qui peut-être parrainé\, qui peut parrainer\, comment remplir les formulaires de demande et calculer les coûts du parrainage et quelles sont les obligations du groupe de parrainage après l’arrivée des personnes parrainées. En offrant gratuitement cette formation en ligne\, le PFPR vise à renforcer les connaissances et les capacités des groupes de parrainage actuels et futurs ainsi que des fournisseurs de services au Canada. \nComment s’inscrire:\n1. Vous devrez d’abord créer un compte utilisateur sur notre site de la formation en ligne – ICI\, si vous n’en avez pas encore un. Votre nouveau compte sera confirmé dans le prochain jour ouvrable (du lundi au vendredi\, de 9 h à 17 h [Est]). Vous pourrez ensuite vous inscrire aux cours décrits ci-dessous. \n2.
