DESCRIPTION:*Please note – this training session was rescheduled from February 8th to February 22nd\, due to inclement weather.\nThis workshop is being held rain-or-shine (or snow!) IN PERSON\, at the Mosaic Head Offices in Vancouver. Address: MOSAIC Head Office: 5575 Boundary Road\, Vancouver\, BC V5R 0E3\n\nFrom the moment the sponsors submit their PSR application to when the refugees complete their interview and medical examinations\, many things can change in the refugee applicants’ situation(s)\, which in turn can affect your sponsorship budget calculations. \nThis in-person session will provide an in-depth look at the financial responsibilities that sponsors have once the refugees they’ve sponsored arrive in Canada. \nThe workshop will include: \n*an overview of the current Resettlement Assistance Program Rates \n*Post Arrival Financial Expectations and Responsibilities \n*an overview of Rap Rates \n*Proof of Support documentation \n*and an introduction to RSTP’s Minimum Financial Calculator resource. \nREGISTER HERE to attend.
