Please join us for an interactive training session on the Refugee Experience and Mental Health.

Topics to include: What is mental health? Impacts of 'migration process /refugee journey' on mental health of individuals & families. Demystifying mental illness. What is Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)? What can I as a sponsor do to help sponsored refugees with mental health issues? How can I as a sponsor avoid vicarious traumatization?
